Terms of Service
Last updated July 20, 2026. By accessing or using Schedo, you agree to these Terms.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Schedo website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. The Service
Schedo helps businesses plan, generate, edit, and schedule social media content. Features may include content calendars, captions, templates, brand settings, and optional publishing to Instagram, Facebook Pages, and Threads. We may update, add, or remove features as the product evolves.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials secure.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans (including founder’s pricing) are billed according to the plan you select at checkout or within the product. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel anytime; access typically continues through the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content
- Attempt to breach security, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service beyond permitted API use
- Interfere with other users or our infrastructure
- Misrepresent affiliation with Schedo or use our brand without permission
- Upload malware or abusive material
You are solely responsible for content you create, edit, or publish through Schedo, including captions, images, and posts on third-party platforms such as Instagram.
6. AI-generated content
Content suggestions may be generated with assistance from automated systems. You should review and edit all content before publishing. We do not guarantee that generated content is unique, error-free, or suitable for every brand, industry, or legal requirement.
7. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third parties (for example Instagram / Meta, payment providers, or hosting providers). Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or account enforcement actions on those platforms.
8. Intellectual property
Schedo and its logos, UI, templates, and software are owned by Schedo or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You retain ownership of your brand assets and content you provide. You grant us a license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that scheduled posts will always publish successfully.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCHEDO AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO SCHEDO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local consumer protections provide otherwise. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
